When I think of RSS I think of submitting my site’s RSS feed to a few places as part of my to-do list for a new sites.
It helps get your site indexed quickly and gets you some decent backlinks but I never really thought of it as a link building tool for a number of reasons:

I was asked to take a look at 10linksaday dot net service and it seems very easy to use but is expensive (87 or 127/month) for what it offers.
10linksaday dot net allows you to create and submit articles to their system for distribution and syndication to their multiple IP class network. They have thousands of sites in their network and seem to be intelligent about the way they’re disbursing and syndicating your articles for link building purposes.

I presume you don’t want to be bogged down with the minutiae of what Traffic Bug looks likes, operates like and are more concerned with how well Traffic Bug works and if it’s worth the money, right?
