LinkVana Detailed Review
LinkVana Review – A Candid Review Of The LinkVana LinkBuilding Service
LinkVana is a link building service run by Dave Kelley. It’s powerful and it works if you use it correctly.
This LinkVana review will cover all the bases, from what it is, to how it works, how to use it properly, and of course, the cost.
What is LinkVana?
It is a one-way link building service that offers unlimited one-way, permanent backlinks to as many sites as you want.
It is run by SEO professional Dave Kelley who has 8-plus years of experience with SEO at the time of this writing. LinkVana is a service but it is not totally automated unless you want it to be (more on that later).
How LinkVana works:
LinkVana offers unlimited one way backlinks and they can deliver on this promise for a number of reasons. First of all, the main reason that it works well is because it’s not a new link building service that just needs more sites in their network to make it work better. This service has been around for a while and there are plenty of sites in their network of blogs so they can and will deliver on their promise of unlimited one-way backlinks to your site.
The way it works is they have a network of blogs with good PageRank and “link-juice” that will post backlinks to your site in the form of 100-word blurbs (or more) that get posted on their network of blogs. For each article submission you send to their network, you get one backlink, but it’s a powerful backlink that has a tangible effect on your sites’ rankings. When you use LinkVana, you will write, or have written for you, short articles or blurbs that will get syndicated to their network of blogs. These article or blurb submissions will get posted on the blogs in their network and put in appropriate categories on those sites.
You will have to write these 100-word blurbs yourself or you can pay $2.00 to have them written for you.
How to use LinkVana properly:
Once you see how well Linkvana works, you will be tempted to get more aggressive with your link building since it only makes sense to most people that if 1 link every 3 days has a good effect on your rankings, then you might as well accelerate things a bit by increasing the pace of your backlinks generation. This is not a good idea because getting too aggressive with link building can have negative effects on your sites’ standings.
Before joining LinkVana, or any other link building service for that matter, you should have at least 5 sites that could use more backlinks and make sure these are sites that would definitely benefit from increased rankings and traffic.
A lot of people think that higher rankings means more income but that is not going to be true, necessarily, if your sites aren’t doing a good job of converting visitors into more sales and income for you.
So, you need to have sites that will definitely benefit from higher rankings in the search engines and you should have at least 5 sites like this before proceeding with a LinkVana membership. You want to see LinkVana pay for itself within the first 60 days because it does cost a decent chunk of change.
What does LinkVana cost?
The cost of using LinkVana without paying anything extra is $147.00/month. If you pay to have the articles written for you, it costs $2.00/article which equals one link.
This hefty up-front cost is one of the main reasons why you need to have at least 5 sites that just need higher rankings to produce more income for you. As was previously mentioned in this article, you don’t want to build backlinks too aggressively or all your money spent will go to waste, and you want to make sure that you have enough sites going for you right now to realize a decent ROI from using this service.
If you only have one site that you want backlinks for, then you will probably want to get 10 links a month for starters, and keep things at that pace for a few months. Therefore, if you only have one site that you’re using LinkVana to get backlinks to, you’ll be paying $147.00/month for 10 links a month, and if you pay to have the articles written for you, it will cost you $167.00/month to get totally automated backlinks for 10 links a month for just one site.
Obviously that’s a distortion of the numbers and makes LinkVana look bad but you have to consider the power of their links. Links from LinkVana’s are powerful one-way links, so not many are needed. I recommend that you have about 5-7 sites that could use some links and start with 10 links a month for each.
If you’re just starting out with LinkVana and only have a few sites, I recommend you write the articles yourself until it gets to be too burden-some, but it only takes an hour or so to write 10 articles that will serve as backlinks via distribution and syndication through their network of blogs.
This powerful link building service is not for the faint of heart nor for the person who’s barely making any money online. LinkVana is for people who want to do more with less time spent irregardless of cost, so if your sites are converting well and only need higher rankings, then you will always have the option of totally automating your higher rankings by paying them to write the articles for you.
Does LinkVana actually work, though?
What about the benefits, does LinkVana work?
Yes, LinkVana does work and despite what Dave Kelley says, you will sometimes see immediate bumps up in your SERPs and rankings when your links start hitting the internet and their blog network. The really cool thing is when you see the links showing up in the Google Blog Search widget that is part of most WordPress administrative panels.
The reason that is so cool, is that when you see those backlinks coming to you in the panel, you know that Google itself had to recognize and accredit those backlinks in order to display them in the Google Blog Search widget interface.
I haven’t seen any other link building service that has had that effect, and it’s actually how I keep track of incoming links from LinkVana. Once I see a link in the Blog Search widget interface, I go check my SERPS to see if anything changed.
At the very beginning of your usage of LinkVana you will see some bumps in your SERPs right away, then things will start to settle down once you reach the point where your site is re-settling and re-adjusting to its new position in the SERPs.
Link building can take a while for the effects to show as well, especially if you’re up against fierce competition that isn’t budging or allowing you to surprass them in their rankings…
If you keep up a steady link building pace and don’t get too aggressive, LinkVana will do the trick for you.
My gripes with LinkVana
The most common gripe new users have with LinkVana is the cost, and the time it takes for the links to start hitting the Internet.
This is why you need to be making money prior to using this service, as link building, SEO, and their service takes a little time to get going.
Also, everything I’ve written here is something that could be explained to you in a Getting Started Guide of some kind for new users. LinkVana’s support is very quick to respond and sometimes you’ll even get Dave Kelley himself responding to your support tickets. He’s even reachable by phone if there’s a pressing need to contact him directly, but I think that is only for extreme circumstances and something you shouldn’t expect, honestly…
Just remember to start slow with your link building and accelerate the link building pace only after you’ve been using it for a while.
You also need to make sure that you have done the proper on-page optimization for your sites so they can benefit as much as possible from your link building efforts. On-page optimization is very important to your sites’ performance and rankings and you’ll be shooting yourself in the foot if you don’t handle this “other half” of the rankings equation properly. A small 5-page report on proper on-page optimization for yor site should be included in LinkVana’s end user support, but then again, since the cost is $147.00/month LinkVana only will attract those webmasters who should already know how to do this stuff, so that’ s kind of a moot point…
Are there other link building services that are less expensive and can do what LinkVana does?
Well, there’s a service called Unique Article Wizard that is basically article marketing on steroids. It does the same thing as LinkVana but they’re re-posting “spun” articles or slightly altered versions of the same article on the blog networks, and since the content being syndicated to Unique Article Wizard’s network of blogs isn’t totally unique, it has less of an effect, SEO-wise.
LinkVana only allows 100% unique content to be syndicated to their network and they only allow 1 link per article, too. It has been my experience that the less links there are in an article, the better that article does in the rankings and it produces a better effect links-wise.
There’s also a service called 1WayLinks that does what Unique Article Wizard does but this service syndicates more duplicate versions of your articles to dummy sites that have little to no “link-juice” and sometimes your article is being re-posted or hosted on a site and put into a category called miscellaneous which means your article is usually not even put into a relevant category on those sites.
There is a service called 3waylinks that gets links to your main site url automatically but is limited to 250 links per domain name and only puts links towards your main site’s url, leaving you with a top-heavy site, links-wise, and you should know that your site will do better overall if you’re getting links to inner pages of your site in addition to links to the front page.
Neurolinker is a service similar to 3waylinks but better because it is almost half the price, and you can get links to any pages you want, not just the front page of your site, like 3waylinks does. However, with NeuroLinker you will lose all the links you accrued if you cancel your membership with them so you’re only renting the links with NeuroLinker and 3waylinks. LinkVana offers unlimited one-way backlinks and you don’t need to build a dummy site, and you’re not renting the links since they’re permanent one-way links.
There is a new link building service called NextGenLinks which looks promising but it is new and it will take them a little while longer to prove effective. They offer a money-back guarantee for the first month if you’re not happy with their service and the cost is quite minimal, and miniscule compared to LinkVana.
There have been other copycat services like LinkVana but some of them have failed due to being “discovered” by the search engines via easily recognizable footprints. LinkVana has been in business for years and doesn’t seem to be going anywhere, and they are considering increasing their membership fees, believe it or not… The similar cheaper services that you may see out there most likely do not have the staying power, security, or high-powered network of high Page Rank blogs with good “link-juice” waiting to link to you, either.
Join LinkVana through this link and you will receive 25 blurb posts written for you during month 2 of your stay with them. You will also receive a sites appraisal by me ($147.00 value) right after you’ve joined and contacted me.
P.S. It’s not B.S. when I say my site appraisal is worth your first month’s fee for LinkVana because we all know that our time is worth something…

Where is the contact form for the bonuses? There does not seem to be one????
Hey JR,
thanks for pointing that out…
On several posts and pages I’ve listed my Skype ID (aikidoroll) and my email address (aikidoroll@gmail.com) but I must have over-edited some pages and removed those references…
I’ll add a contact us page back in to this blog, since this isn’t the first time this has happened and people shouldn’t be expected to search the entire site to find a way to contact me…
FYI, you can always join the newsletter (at top right) and email me in reply to one of the follow ups…
Thanks,
Dan
Hello again JR, here’s the link to the new Contact ME page I made
