OK, I finally am getting around to doing a Free Traffic System review since I’m probably going to quit Traffic Bug at the end of the month before the next billing cycle beings and have freed up some time to test new services out.
BTW, ContentBuzz and Free Traffic System are the two new services I’m currently testing, but we’ll start with FTT first.
What is Free Traffic System (FTT)?
It’s another network of sites willing to host your articles, much like My Article Network, 1WayLinks, Neurolinker, and almost like Unique Article Wizard (except UAW delivers a whole lot more). You write articles or have them written for you and these articles get syndicated throughout their network. The syndication results in backlinks to your site and hopefully for you, higher rankings will ensue.
You can also add a “donor” blog o their system to receive free articles that you can accept or reject.
Is FTT any different than all the other blog networks out there with similar services?
Well, yes and no.
How FTT is different:
They offer a wide variety of SEO services on the back end like keyword research, and article writing and submissions, so they seem to be pretty knowledgeable about SEO in general. However, the effectiveness of this service is largely dependent on the number of backlinks you get and the quality of the sites in their network.
Free Traffic System also has very easy to find buttons for outsourcing your keyword research, article writing and/or submissions into your account, and I love this because it’s rather difficult for me to write articles all day long when I’m reviewing all these other services.
To offer features like this really dumbs-down what the average person needs to know about SEO since you’re basically hiring an quasi-SEO firm to do the work for you, for pennies on the dollar
How FTT might be more of the same:
It’s been my experience that these blog networks do a good job of generating backlinks but the site quality has always been rather poor, much like MAN’s network is chock-full of low quality sites. If you opt to use their SEO services for KW research and article submissions, it still won’t matter one bit how well they research and write for you if their network is full of shoddy sites whose backlinks don’t deliver much “pow”.
What does Free Traffic system cost?
There are two levels you can get in at, Free and PRO for $47.00. (if you decide to go ahead and get their free level you can always get the PRO level on their OTO page for $37.00/month… you’re welcome !
)
For a quick look on the differences between FREE and PRO membership – check this table I scraped from their site.

Once again, you are not obliged to become a PRO member, you can stay FREE as long as you want. But if you are ready for a real fight and want to build backlinks like no one from your competitors – then PRO membership is your real helper in that case.
Right after you register in Free Traffic System, you become a FREE member by default. And those who want to become PRO members can do that from inside the members area (you will find more details about it on the Upgrade to PRO page of your members area) or by accepting our special proposition that you will see right after the registration.
How am I testing This for my Free Traffic System Review?
- I joined as a free member and outsourced 10 articles to be written and submitted into my account for me. costs was $85.00.
- 5 articles will get backlinks to my MLM Blog with links going to main domain url (competitive term)
- 5 articles will go to an inner post that is on page 3 right now for fairly competitive term (network marketing scams)
If the service is any good at all the Page 3 URL should get to page 1 at the very least.
I will report back with the results, as you know

This doesn’t look good
Additional link added to all your articles
by Free Traffic System
(link or your upline affiliates or link from the system)
I guess that’s only for free members. But if they are mixing the free and paid submissions on the same blogs wouldn’t that sort of jump out at Big G that this is a splog?
Yup, that’s all part of the fear-loss MLM angle they have going on with this service. But as a free service, it’s pretty good to get 70-80 backlinks per article, for whatever their worth…
David, plz respond to Peter from The Link Juicer’s comment reply, he’s asking you about ideas for enhancing TLJ
Hi Daniel,
Thanks for the post and test and putting it up on your blog. I’ve been puzzled by so many services: namely UAW, linkjuicer, free traffic system and many more…….so i don’t know where to go and I got a lot of conflicting “testimonials” just to get me confused as to which one is better….
So how did you find with their free service? And is it comparable to UAW? You mentioned about link juicer in your comment above and are they any good?
Any update from you will be appreciated.
Regards, Huddson
Hey Huddson,
I tried their free service and results were non-existent, so I’m sticking with UAW for my article syndication, and the link building services here are still the top ranked ones for me, but that will change in a week or so, because Contentbuzz is something that needs to be in the top 4, and will probably bump My Article Network out of the 4th spot.
UAW helped me get some hubs ranked well so I use it to drive traffic to those Web 2.0 properties and to build links to them of course
Hope this helps, you can’t go wrong with Backlink solutions or Unique Article Wizard
Dan
Thanks Daniel,
That’s very indepth!!
May i ask if you’ve used Link Juicer?? I read somewhere here that you have…..I ask because UAW doesn’t seem to have social bookmark links and Link Juicer does that so to get different types of links to satisfy search engines.
Would like to see your review on Contentbuzz if you’ve written one.
Huddson
Yes, I’ve used the Link Juicer and it’s recommended. Here’s post one on the Link Juicer Read the 2 part series of posts and the comments, some interesting stuff there.
UAW doesn’t have social bookmarking links correct, but they do have the best type of network for article distribution.
ContentBuzz is something I have to get back to reviewing, but it is extreme value for someone if they want to dominate the social media with social media, bookmarking, and video marketing. Videos took a hit in the SERPs with recent changes by the search engines, so it’s less effective as a rankings spot to grab that pushes your competitors out of the SERPs.
Some people use video marketing specifically just for pushing competitors off page 1, which works only if you’re not pushing yourself out of the top 1-3 spots, but I digress. Content Buzz is extremely good value for what it offers. I personally do not rely much on video marketing or social bookmarking for rankings help.
This has been an interesting couple of hours read – thanks, and that was only across a short set of reviews – mainly FTS and the ones you recommend.
I did pay for one months seo push ($400) with them and whilst they delivered the spun articles, it didn’t get me in the top 10 for my KW.
They presented stats on similar keyword improvements in yahoo/bing but that wasn’t my objective.
I look back and think $400 wasted to be honest.
If you’d like me to pm my KW to you maybe you can assess if I stood a chance.
I think I did.
Great site btw.
Also – seeing as you have the ability to test all these programs by paying them and calculating their impact…
Would it be better say to pick the same keyword for 3 different .com domains hosted on different servers – like hypothetically:
dietfordogsreviews.com
dietfordogsblog.com
dietfordogsresources.com
And then use 3 of different systems to see how they compare for the keyword “diets for dogs”?
Just a thought.
Cheers and thanks for the effort you’ve put in – it’s a rarity in this field.
Hey Rob, your name sounds familiar for some reason…
Yes, a strict A/B/C test (which is almost impossible to do in SEO landscape) would be to get 3 similar domain names on separate hosting, put exact same content on each, then perhaps get exact same types of links for each, like those links packets people use. Source of links would be the same, as would variety etc…
However with article marketing and syndication it’s pretty much impossible to do strict test due to the fact that your backlinks come from different articles, resource boxes, position in article body etc….
Thanks for the question and feedback. You can PM me the niche/kw/url at aikidoroll ATTT G mail dottt com
Meant to add that it didn’t get me in the Top 10 pages – ie top 100.
Hi thanks Daniel,
Apologies for delay – Google temporarily disabled my account for some reason leaving me fretting!
Yes, no I understand the complications of trying to test various different systems out without invariably influencing the seo of one over the other unintentionally.
About to pm you my site and keyword which I gave to FTS.
In total I believe they wrote something like 44 articles, where each could be spun up to 150 blogs I think, so that should have been quite a few inlinks.
