How to get 26-35 backlinks instantly for everything you publish

This post talks about what I think are the best ways to get automatic backlinks from Twitter, social bookmarking sites, and RSS aggregators.

Here’s what to do and use:

  1. TwitterFeed (free) – get links from your Twitter profile
  2. XXX XXXXX XXXX XXX – links from RSS aggregators
  3. AutoSocialPoster – social bookmarking truly automated

There’s a lot of talk about different services and plugins that do Tweeting, social bookmarking and RSS submissions for you.

Get links from Twitter:

Automatically have every post you publish get tweeted, but use a 3d party service to accomplish this, see why below…

Get social bookmarking links on autopilot:

Unless those social bookmarking services and tools get you a continual stream of social bookmarking backlinks like The Link Juicer does, the smattering of social bookmarking links you get with standalone tools doesn’t really help.  However, if you get this “smattering” of backlinks for everything you publish, then you at least get to build up the link juice of your site by getting a few links to all your pages every time, even if they are mostly NoFollow backlinks.

Get 19 backlinks from RSS aggregator sites for ALL site urls automatically:

Most RSS submission tools only do a FINITE number of submissions are for one URL only, your main site feed.  Go to the bottom of this post and opt in to the newsletter to see the tool that is really powerful for getting RSS backlinks.  I hate to be a pain here, but it’s a really good tool and something to definitely keep under your hat so you can get an edge of your SEO competition.

Here’s the way I look at things:

If you use a standalone tool that does automated and SAFE social bookmarking for you for all your site content, then you should use that on all your sites.  You just have to go through the trouble of setting up all those accounts yourself, which takes a lot of time.

The best way to do automated social bookmarking is to randomize your submissions. So if you have 26 social bookmarking accounts/profiles you can auto submit to, then you should randomly post to 6-10 of them at a time per newly published post.

I use Autosocial Poster to accomplish this exact feat, but I only post to 6 profiles at a time, and the other 19 backlinks I (we) get per published post comes from the RSS submission software I’m hesitant to share with the public, but works really well.

So if you want to get 2 dozen backlinks per post, it’ll cost you:

  1. 99-299 dollars for the AutoSocial Poster – I bought it for way less way back when..
  2. 67 dollars for the RSS software, which is much more of a value
  3. Get set up with Twitter feed

The reason I use AutoSocial Poster and not other tools is because it’s automated, it’s a one-time fee, and doesn’t require that I add some sort of widget to my sites, which are cluttered enough with sidebars, and banners and what not…

When considering whether or not to install a widget on your site to get backlinks (hopefully), you should ask yourself if this added distraction and clutter will affect conversion rates.

Less CAN be more when discussing conversions rates for a site, especially blogs with their inherent clutter.

Examples:

I don’t have Twitter stuff on my blog that interferes with you’re reading, but my posts here DO get added to my Twitter Profile/account by setting up a Twitter link wheel using Twitter Feed, which takes my blog RSS feed and when notified of a new published post via RSS, it auto-submits to my Twitter Profile linked to this site.

Update: I just went to check and make sure that one of my other Twitter accounts is doing the TwitterFeed thing and noticed that Twitter Profile had a Page Rank of 5! Cool.

I don’t have any colorful and distracting social bookmarking icons like Share This or Only Wire on my site.  Reason for this is I’m willing to “sacrifice” the loss of you NOT having the ability to bookmark my posts in exchange for what is hopefully a better reading experience.

Besides, I take matters into my own hands, and instead of hoping you social bookmarking my content via the SB icons, I opted to auto-generate my own social bookmarking links in an attempt to have a cleaner-looking blog for you to read.

So I recommend you use 3d party services and standalone tools to lessen your site clutter, improve readability and user experience, and of course, to generate your own backlinks on autopilot.

  4. Hey Will, my fault, today’s been a technical nightmare for me, looks like WordPress wanted the javascript version of the Aweber code that time, not the Raw HTML version it usually likes.

  10. Hey Dan,

Just got this email from Chad while he’s making upgrades to BLS.

It looks like Chad team up with TextLinks.com and promoting this backlink service.

    http://www.textlinks.com/

It looks like creating 1 way links on their 10,000 blogs. What do you think?

  12. I think they should focus on fixing their own S**T instead of doing new stuff. I also got an email from them saying the only have 7 spots left open, dunno if something email related just got spewed out by a system of theirs or something, since they’re reputedly working on getting BLS fixed.

TEXTL*NKS.com sites are usually hosted by people who monetize their sites with one-time paid hyperlinking of specific words on their sites, so you end up getting a whole lot of links but not used in context, and from a site that’s probably linking out a whole lot more than it is getting linked TO.

Just an opinion though, never tried those

  14. Dan,

What are your thoughts about guest blogger?

  16. David, not sure what you mean here.

“Guest blogger” to write for this blog here…

or “Guest Blogger” = some sort of link building method/strategy/service?

  18. I’m sorry, for getting links. I was reading a blog online that recommended it for building credibility and links. I noticed several services that offer a linkup for this?

  20. Here is the link for one of the services. Sorry to post the link but wanted you to know what I was talking about. Just kinda wondering what you thought about this.
