Waste of money…so far. I’ll give this another month, then check the YSE links and rankings again.
And in order to NOT make it a complete waste of money, I’ll probably scrub the list of urls to see what’s still an active dofollow link then index them all

Dear Daniel
I Googled Monster Back Links, all I came up with were sites with profile links. Just curious if that is what it is?
With so many options for profile links this service seems out of place.
Sincerely
DD
That’s what this service does DD, profile links blasting. I’m getting leery of these now, have cancelled all my DFB accounts, testing megalinkblaster and blastbank now, too. There’s gotta be one of these that does a good job long-term.
I was impressed with the # of links Monster offered, but really it’s not just profile links but all sorts of crappy links like guestbooks and stuff, too.
Dan, can you elaborate on why you’re getting leery of the profile links now? I never tried DFB, but was considering giving that or BlastBank a shot in January.
I also canceled all of my DFB accounts. I have better luck with Backlink Genie, they tend to cost more, but their normal services plus doing the 4 day project once a week is well worth it!
I have canceled more and more of my different accounts because they have become in-effective.
The accounts I am keeping are either the 1 time payments ones like Article Marketing Robot (Awesome service for those who don’t know about it) or ones that are working with other back link companies (like BacklinkBoosters etc).
Hey guys. I am testing Blastbank also. I have tried BacklinkBooster.com as an indexing service but it is not working out very good at the moment. My indexing rate is about 20% at best. I already cancelled.
And I did try Backlink Energizer and BIE but indexing rate is too slow.
Would be grateful if you would test out some indexing services too Dan.
Cheers!

- not sure if this is the right place to mention, so if not, then disapprove the comment: visit link under my name
I’d suggest for best results not to use multiple combinations of kws. Should work…
I’m canceling Blastbank too. Not getting enough results versus money spent. Like AMR also. Lots of bang for the buck. I won’t leave my own affiliate code like articlesearchenginemarketing.com did however.
ADMIN Edit: The affiliate link wasn’t the commenters, but something that a wordpress plugin I use puts on there
Best indexing service I found is…none.
Well – a system of pinging/RSSing, Bookmarking and “trash” linking works.
I can get 30 “good” links a day indexed (200+ a week) with this.
BLE was too time consuming, and DFB is going down the pan very quickly.
Home grown methods work – but take a lot of effort. On the plus side you retain control (and it’s a one off fee for the tools)
Paul, thanks for chiming in here, take a look at linklicious, it does the pinging and RSS for you, might save you some time
Dan what’s your favorite indexing product/service?
I was using BlastBank for our program and we we getting very little benefit from it and it was costing way to much. I am not sure there is any real was to blast links without it costing more than it rewards or giving a bad name to your site
Even I feel DFB is not giving the value that it seemed to some time back. Poor indexing and the effects are nothing to write about. Wonder what happened.
Hey Daniel,
Love the site. I’ve been following on the sidelines for quite a while now and I’ve snagged up UAW and Backlinkbooster thanks to you.
I have a question about UAW though that I was hoping you could answer.
If I submit one article through UAW that links to 6 or more posts on the same domain of mine would the link juice be dissipated due to the fact that all 6 links are coming from the same IP’s over to posts under the same root domain.
If not it would be incredibly effiecient for me because every 6 posts or so I could just send out one article to drip feed me 25 links a day to all 6 posts and hopefully rank for all of them.
Thanks in advance!
Hi Dan,
Happy New Year from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil!
First of all thanks about ur great service about link building.
Could you please do any comments about ONTOLO link bulding ?
Thanks in advance.
It looks extremely expensive to me, and not cost effective in the slightest.
I don’t understand?
You’re ranked number 6 out of 76,000,000 for link building service.
How is this bad? Or did you expect quicker results?
lol, I would kill to be number 6 out of that many search results.
The number of results/competing pages doesn’t mean anything and you should not use that as a gauge on how competitive a keyword is. A keyword that consists of common words would naturally return more results, but that doesn’t mean it’s a tough keyword, the real competitors are the first 10 results. Those are the ones you’re aiming to beat. The others don’t matter.
I guess many of us would agree that profile links don’t carry much weight so they probably won’t work well on tough keywords, since Dan’s site was already ranking on first page before the blast thus making it tough to see any significant improvement… it’s probably not too fair to say these links are completely useless. I’m sure they are still going to be good if you’re going after easy keywords.
It’s relatively easier to lose 20 pounds for someone who weighs 230 lbs compare to someone who only weighs 100 lbs.
Unfortunately, like others here we’re about ready to cancel our multiple accounts with DFB, for the same reason. It really is a shame that none of these services can provide a solution beyond just a couple of months. Just don’t understand it. I’m just glad that BLG is still producing, for now.
We all really appreciate what you do Dan! The cool thing is that this site helps you determine if you’re suspicions are right about a particular service that needs to be dumped or open your eye to a new service that you may not have heard of in the past.
Appreciate all of you!
Hello Dan,
It seems that you are more than an expert.
I am the SEO manager of a Greek company located in Glyfada,Attiki.
As a SEO expert, you are propably aware of multilingual seo,the difficulties we find in our way, when it has to do with global competition.
I am experiencing problems with SEO for Greek Anchor Text and Greek URL inside “a href” so i would like your advice or a direct call with you.
We are open to buy/register at any service (at this time , we have tried almost all the service you promote, but only LinxBoss and UAW accepts Greek anchor text.Linxboss does accepts anchor text but not Greek urls.It accepts only “%6%9%f” for seo purposes but with a fix at the canonical tag for duplicate issues, everything is okey).
So,i am open to everything from you.

I was interested in using monsterbacklinks.com and found this page so I bookmarked this it
I just checked your rankings for the keyword link building service and now you’re ranked #3 out of 84,200,000
I’ll be purchasing from them shortly. lol, I wish I had enough saved up to buy the same package you did.
Thanks Daniel
Kevin, the site you’re on now is ranked #3 or 4 for that term, not the test url used here. I don’t recommend using this service
Well, I just looked up link building service and http://www.linkbuildingservicesreview.com is ranked #3 while this site I am posting on http://www.linkvanareviews.com is ranked #5.
Am I wrong?
It seems that this service helped you out a little bit. And I checked link building service and it’s a competitive keyword. Even if all of your links aren’t showing up right now it doesn’t mean it didn’t help you out.
I’m just trying to figure out if works as well for other sites as it did for yours.
Kevin, you and Zack have some points here in that this might not be the fairest of tests. I guess I forgot to include some other factors, like the SERPs for that site had moved up recently, therefore has momentum, and that’s when you want to push more links to a somewhat aged domain despite its oh so few credited links.
On the other hand this test is unfair because I’m competing with linkvanareviews for same terms, but there’s some other things I’m looking at here like
# of links that are valid% wise compared to other services like
DripFeedblasts, blastBank, MegaLinkblaster etc….
How many more credited YSE links the url gets ( I was under assumption that for the price they’d be blasting out to higher quality source lists)
I also saw that another competitor came in (linkaloha) so Koen is probably using the same types of links (his own service) to rank his site for that term (link building services) but probably blasting out more consistently and more numerously.
I’d hate to steer anyone wrong with a poorly thought out test…. so I will think of a way to test it out again without just doing a single link blast then stopping, which is never really a recommended course o faction anyway.
BTW, we did some comparisons and as far as xrumer blasting services are concerned
BlastBank has higher valid links % than MegaLinkBlaster, and MegaLinkblaster has higher % of valid links than DripFeedblasts, and the % of valid links coincides with what services like this work best for me lately. So I’ve dropped DFB in favor of BlastBank and MegaLinkblaster, but MLB’s control panel is atrocious but I will deal with that interface issue, I guess.
It’s hard to judge a single link blast’s effectiveness when I try to isolate it from any other off-page activity (linking) because you have to let the links get found and if they don’t get found, then you just did what the search engines deem as a blast not a campaign thus the effects are minimal anyways, so I’m looking at the YSE credited links and SERPs as the assessment criteria for now, hope this all makes sense and explains things.
That makes some sense to me lol.
I’m gonna try them out because my niche isn’t as competitive as link building or related terms.
I also plan on using different methods of link building such as article posting, social bookmarking, and blog backlinks so that I can get link diversity.
Thanks Daniel
Kevin, good plan. Another service I haven’t updated my review on yet, is called Backlinks Genie and it gives you several different types of links and consistently too. I’ll have a discount available for that shortly, and after chatting with them, I can see that they’ll be developing other types of links as well, so if the blast form Monster and your efforts don’t pan out too well, you might want to try something like BLG which will do repeated (consistent) runs of various link types (comments, web 2.0s, profile slink wheels, profile blasts etc…)
If you do come back here to report results, please let us know what you ordered, # of credited links before and after, SERPs changes if any, and other types of links you acquired…
Thanks!
Dan
I’ll check out backlinks genie.
And I’ll report back afterwards if I remember lol.
But I do have this site bookmarked so I should remember
Thanks!
I was just checking some things, and I stand by the validity of my test, as far as the criteria I had in mind for testing it out (not just rankings changes). Nothing against the people at Monster Backlinks, but I’ve used other services that provided less links at a lower price, and provided more value by way of rankings, indexed links and ability to customize orders on the fly via user interface. Mega Link blaster is one such service
I just got my report back from them and it seemed pretty good to me.
I bought the $20 package and I got first page rankings for all 4 of my keywords (as of posting right now). Now I’m not in a super competitive niche link the link building niche but my $20 investment helped me out immensely already.

I liked my results. So I’ll be going back and ordering different packages. I’ll probably buy one of the 25k-75k or 100k-300k packages since I saw the SERP increase for your site. And since I’m not in a super competitive niche I may be able to break into the top 3 for each of my keywords. They told me I can put all of my links into pingdevice.com for a mass ping so that’s what I did. I plan on putting the list in there every other day to try and get more and more juice.
I’m extremely happy with my results
But I guess the results vary from domain to domain.
Hi Dan,
these other services you speak of is one of the DFB? and the others?
thanks,
J
Yes, DFB, megalinkblaster, backlinkexcellence.com, sicksubmitter even.
I don’t bother with profiles links anymore, except for the ones that BLG creates on higher PR sites
Hi all.
I am from Brazil and we work with geo targeted seo services.
For now we make the SEO by own but we wanting to hire some service around…very good reviews here, I am sure it will help to decide.
Thanks very much Daniel !
I tried their service and worked well for me. The only sad part is that the results sustain for about only 2 months. Got a first page rank on google for all the keywords registered with them.
