My Article Network vs. 1 WayLinks

in My Article Network

My Article Network is very similar to 1waylinks in price and methodology.

They’re both article syndication services designed for link building and for generating referral traffic, too.

Let’s compare the 2 services, nothing fancy here…

PRICE

My Article Network – $47.00/month

1WayLinks- $47.00/month

Their networks

My Article Network – 20,000 Blogs

1 Way Link s- 1500 blogs last time I checked…

Potential for getting links from 20,000 different IP addresses from My Article Network, and there’s no limit to how many you get per month

Potential for getting links from 1500 IP addresses from the 1wl sites, but you’re limited to 750 links a month for some reason.

My Article Network can get you links from relevant sites, too so the quality, and quantity is better here.

Their article spinners

My Article Network has a very user friendly interface that tells you what to rewrite and also tells you when you’ve reached a certain uniqueness percentage with your articles.  there’s even a video on how to use the spinner

1WayLinks spinner doesn’t have much in the way of training videos, instructions, and didn’t have any uniqueness indicators when I was a member months ago.

Effectiveness

When I first notice how bad 1waylinks was, one of the first indications was the fact that the sites in the network weren’t generating links worthy enough to warannt being seen in my blogs’ admin panels as an incoming link or even a pingback.

At the time I was comparing the lack of pingbacks to the hordes of incoming links and pingbacks seen from my usage of Backlink Solutions, but maybe I was comparing apples and oranges there, eh?

After all Backlink Solutions isn’t an article syndication service, it’s something different so to be fair maybe I shouldn’t be expecting to see incoming links and pingbacks from an article syndication services.

So, it dawned on me just now that here’s a perfect comparison tool in My Article NEtwork and judging form my use of it for the last 3-4 weeks, I have proven myself correct.

When I first suggested that 1Waylinks sucked because of the lack of visible pingbacks and incoming links, some members of their forum were spouting how it wasn’t important and not really a good indicator of a services’ effectiveness.

That’s bullshit, plain and simple! and My Article Network is the living proof that your article syndication should provide some sort of indications that the off-page factors are working.

Man I hate it when people try to shovel shinola  to me…

Visible pingbacks and incoming links.

My Article Network- close to a 100% performance here, meaning that if I have an article out there that was syndicated 55 times, I’ll see about that many ping backs for that post.

1WayLinks - I’d say this was close to 5% max, meaning that 5% of my syndicated content resulted in pingbacks or visible incoming links.

Do I recommend My Article Network? Not yet… the service is fairly new and I think it’s shameless for people to give this their “highest” recommendation when you need 60 days to determine how effective a link building service is.

Do I recommend 1waylinks?

You couldn’t pay me to use it

I spend about 300-400/month in various link building services, so I guess you could consider me one of those people who are NOT recommending a service they haven’t had time to test yet just so they can make some affiliate commissions to offset their marketing expenses.

It’s a common practice in the IM world to whore your recommendations out to minimize your outlay.

Think about that the next time people start throwing up banners and reviews within 60 days of using a service and claiming results.

Seriously, no kind of case study was be done well in a few days or even weeks of effort.

As of this moment I can tell you that My Article Network is decent, however the $10.00/month difference between “MAN” and Unique Article Wizard might make it worth it to just go with UA.

We’ll see… here’s what I’m testing and liking now

  • Week 3 or 4 testing My Article Network – promising
  • Week 2 testing Unique Article Wizard – VERY promising
  • Still loving Backlink Solutions
  • Cancelled SE NUKe after 7 days.
  • Doing new tests for LinkVana to make sure it’s still needed what with all the other services I’m using

Roger that Matt, that’s what this site is about, using, testing, and reviewing link building services.

BTW, while I’m testing you should be using one of the services in the recommended section, until others are added. I think pretty soon I will…ehhh never mind you’ll all see soon enough what’s going to happen.
