SEO Link Pro – Syndc8′s software a bust or not?

in Link building tools

Syndc8′s a black-hatter person/community who develops SEO tools, and one of the tools that came to my attention recently is SEO Link Pro which promises a LOT, and the entire concept for this tool is rock-solid and very promising.

BIG TRUTHFUL AND ACCURATE UPDATE AT BOTTOM OF POST

I did some research on this, and didn’t buy it after seeing what the “people” had to say.

Conventional wisdom right now says:

It’s buggy, don’t buy it, links aren’t sticking, it’s too new, they admit there’s a lot of bugs etc….

Here’s an email from Syndic8, source is linked to below the quote:

We have come to realize we maybe launched SEOLINKPRO a little too early.
Some would say 6 months too early but we needed to just get it out there because if you are not careful you stay in development for years and keep adding bits.

When autopligg went out it had one simple job which was to hit pligg sites.

SEOLINKPRO was a bit different because its built to hit anywhere and everywhere to gain the maximum number of links.

Problem was we spent so long trying to get it to do everything we sort of ran out of time adding lots of link sources and thought the ones we added would be fine because they were working well for us.

The annoying thing was that software developers and anyone experienced were telling us how great it was because they saw what we had done.
The real bit i think i messed up on is the target market was newbs upto experieneced level and also just people that wanted links but we didn’t realize they wouldn’t understand the modular framework.

SEOLINKPRO is built as a framework to make it easy for us to add new link sources into it.
We don’t expect to be launching another tool and we will keep adding more features to the framework because a lot of time and code went into getting it right.

What we are trying to avoid is the thing where the big marketers send you the latest and greatest software every week.
You know the ones for $169 or $199 and then next week they are telling you that their new tool is the future and beats them all if you just pay them again.

We launched to a blaze of bad publicity and whining everywhere because of a few ,,, um dozen bugs in the software but we needed to get it out there and used so we could continue.

Some people supported us and they are being rewarded by getting all the link sources first and a few other software bits that will never be available to the market so they are all going to be very happy.

That was where we were a few months ago so now i will tell you where we are right now.

We fixed the bugs in the system and stabilized the software.
We made it faster and easier to use.
We now do what we promised it will do in the first place.

But here is the kicker.
We added some link sources that are getting peoples sites indexed in a matter of hours.
Someone even reported less than 20 minutes and we got some of our sites indexed in just under an hour.

One of the plug ins is so good it could have been released as a standalone tool and sold for $289 but we don’t do that anymore because we just added it to the SEOLINKPRO framework for free like we do with the rest of the plug ins.

Autopligg was and is still awesome for Google but SEOLINKPRO is the bitch for Yahoo, bing and even Ask.
I always had problems with ranking in ask, even to the point just as my sites were coming up for expiry or renewal they would start getting indexed and ranked.
Thankfully we are now getting sites into ask within 2 to 3 days which gives a nice little source of highly converting traffic because of the newb surfers that use it.

SEOLINKPRO is a long term project of ours and will hopefully be the best and only software you will ever need for promoting your sites.
Will this happen overnight? NO!
But if you just put your faith in us like you did with autopligg it will go from being a pretty decent link building tool to the only link building tool you need.

TRUTHFUL AND ACCURATE SEO LINK PRO UPDATE

I went ahead and got SEO Link Pro because I hate bashing something or doing a review that’s merely gathered-together opinions of others.  I like reviewing things personally, and I’m glad I did.

SEO Link Pro works fine for the most part.  What doesn’t work for me is probably learning curve-related.

  • It harvests link target flawlessly
  • It posts to these targets OK, or so the software says
  • It seems to work well for pinging, submitting RSS feeds, and doing social bookmarking.
  • I bought it towards the end of November 2009 so whatever version I have seems to work fine.

I just think that you’re quite limited as an SEO Link Pro user to what kinds of sites you can use SEO Link Pro to get links to.

You sure as heck don’t want to be using this software to get links to white-hat sites.  The links you get are massive, yes, but totally super-low-quality links from site that have probably already been visited by link spammers, or soon to be visited by link spammers.

One thing SEO Link Pro does that is quite unique is it can constantly find new sources to harvest for posting links to.  This at least gives you a chance to be one of the first comments or link posters at these new sources.

Hey nice to see you covered SEOLinkPro.

Their previous tool autopligg was amazing for raw link power at first, but the pligg site owners now have recaptcha enabled and the moderators seem to be doing a better job of deleting SEO looking posts. Autopligg has a decptcha module which allows you to get round the recaptchas by being decaptcha to fill them in manually.

SEOlinkPro isn’t one I’ve tested yet due to all the bad things said, I know autopligg was quite buggy at times. In the end I guess I’ll have to wait till I have plenty of cash spare to give SEOLinkPro a whirl.

Hey, yeah no problem, so much ground to cover here for all the SEO tools out there.

I’m going to start on some blog commenting software, and I think you mentioned somewhere that you have had success with some comment spam software.

Is what you’ve used one of the ones listed here ?

BTW, I found YACG and LFE too time consuming to learn and do, so no real updates there

Its a shame they didnt get this one right.
Autopligg made some webmaster i know very wealthy because they suddenly found it the best way to get lots of links.
Autopligg was a bit buggy at the start and i think seolinkpro is but its new and even the best tool which is xrumer was terrible 5 years ago and i use xrumer daily now.
I have seolinkpro and i will buy all the lools they make because even if they make hundreds i will still be in profit from the amount i made from autopligg.

I have read a lot of bad things about SEOLinkPro. It looked very promising but after checking out what people were saying about it on the net I decided to pass.

I agree that LFE is very time consuming. It’s pligg feature and captcha service leave much to be desired (actually they just don’t work the way they should). The content scraping hooks are also about worthless. However, it is very good at mass blog creation and posting.

Roger that, I bought LFE and didn’t do much with it since there were constant updates to software and the account creation stuff was buggy and the learning curve time didn’t seem worth the effort for potential results that might ensue
