Spin Distribute Article Syndication Service Review

in Spin Distribute

OK, I am finally getting around to doing a review on Spin Distribute, which is a link building service relying mostly on article syndication for backlinks accumulation.

At first glance it looks like just another blog network (Unique Article Wizard, Traffic Kahuna, 1WayLinks, My Article Network etc…) that has tons of sites on different IP addresses that will host your articles which serve as direct traffic and backlinks generators.

Spin Distributes network, how large and diverse is it?

From their site’s FAQs page:

Currently we are cooperating with 1610 websites – about 55% of them are high-quality article directories, 30% of them are niche blogs and 15% of them are other content-rich websites. To achieve the best possible success we only publish your article to related websites, which means we publish your article to websites in the niche you are writing about. This means your article will not be published to all 1120 websites, but to 560 – 770 most related websites which will give you a much better effect on your search engine rankings.

This seems like a network that is very small and limited in value with only 1610 sites.  If  what they say is true, then 1 article of yours would only go to their 560-770 most related sites therefore any future articles will keep getting posted on the same sites if you use their service repeatedly.

As I have said many times before, a lot of link building services are good for a limited time only because there will come a point in time when you’re getting your content syndicated to and getting backlinks from the same sites over and over again.

And that’s when the law of decreased returns come into play, and when it’s time to move on.

Quality of the Spin Distribute network

If a content syndication network is limited in size like Spin Distribute’s is, then you’d better hope that the quality of the network is such that this limitation is over-ridden by the network quality.

NOTE: Backlink Solutions is even smaller or close to the same size right now as Spin Distribute’s network.  However, BLS has done things with their network that makes their network more powerful and their content snippets syndication serve up powerful backlinks.  So you can’t always judge a network by its size.

55% are article directories - this is good if these directories are DoFollow or at least high quality sites.  If so then you can build backlinks to your published articles to add link juice to them and to your destination urls in the articles.

30% are niche blogs - this sales letter and FAQs sheet doesn’t make sense to me.  If your articles are only going out to the most related sites, then I’m not sure how many of the 30% of the 1610 sites in the system can be related or thematic to your niche whatever it may be.

Again, this is a small network and I have 1500 blogs all on different IP addresses so I’m not really impressed with these numbers.

15% of the sites are content-filled sites - I interpret this as saying, “we have a bunch of upside-down link juice sites auto publishing content for us…”

Auto-content-publishing sites pumping out regurgitated, spun, semi-unique, and semi-dupe content hardly ever provide quality links unless they’re doing something like BLS does; autolinking to their new auto-content.

Some more points of interest about Spin Distribute:

My first impression is that it might work well for a month or two, but will cease to be effective after you get backlinks to the same domains from their network 5-6 times.

They have a complete service option whereby they write, spin and syndicate your content for you.  The complete outsourcing writing package is what I used to test them out, and is similar to the way I tested out Free Traffic System ( I used their outsourcing feature for writing and publishing my articles without lifting a finger)

They don’t seem to have an option for people ot enter their sites into a system to get some free articles published to their niche sites and blogs.  To me this means they’re not building their network up and out and merely concentrating on using their limited network size for the content syndication.

But who knows?

Maybe they don’t want just any old sites added to their system, and maybe they’re just adding top quality niche sites and blogs to syndicate their content to.  If that’s the case, and Spin Distribute has indeed developed a topquality network of blogs and sites, then this could be a winner.

You just have to remember that even if their developed sites were of top quality and provided DoFollow backlinks with decent link juice from sites with some sort of Page Rank, the non-article-directories portion of their network comprises 45% of a 1610 sites network, and like they mentioned on their sales page, you can realistically expect to get 560-710 sites to publish your content.

I assume that the larger majority of this number will be the article directories that don’t discriminate too much for new article content additions since they all have cateogries your content can be placed in.

Coming Soon: The Spin Distribute Case Study:

I used their complete service package and ordered articles almost 5 working days ago so the articles should be coming out soon.  I will update this blog with the results.

I just started month 2 with them, have seen no noticeable improvements in the 2 URLs I have been testing with them.

As you know, with BLS you see results within a few days, seems like article based link building takes longer to have an effect

Actually Dan, I meant Jame’s service. The Article Direct Marketing. Besides that really nice drawing I see of those 3 men. It look somewhat similar to AMA/MAN.

I had this service for a short time and really have nothing good to say about it.

The first attempt at distribution was a total failure, so they informed me that they had some issues with sites in the network and would gladly re-submit our articles for a second time.

Of course we saw the same thing happen with the second attempt. This service is nothing but trouble, my advise is to run not walk away from this service.

We shall see…. my first tests showed ZERO improvements in the SERPs for the 2 urls tested, so I am testing them out with easier terms as a final wrap-up of my review

Hey Daniel.. I tried Spin Distribute and did 5 spin articles.. I did see good results with 2 of them but not near the results I saw UAW. When I do a UAW release i always see some good links sometimes even 1,200 per article… with Spin Distribute i have not seen near those results.. sometimes just a hundred or two hundred per release …two of the articles I released did not do well at all and I was expecting a good return from them based on the content being popular. I did so spins on all of them.. I am gonna do 5 more spun articles and share the results in month…

I tested one article distribution and my site shot from page two to 4th position in page one for a keyword that got over 18,000 searches per month. I was pretty exited so I tested it again but I have now seen Zero results. My first site is now slowly falling off the rankings. I guess it’s good to a certain poin, but don’t expect much. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for

I have ordered several 10 complete services. It was a good way to get original articles in bulk I thought, while getting some distribution thrown in for a minimal additional cost.

I originally thought they’d provide access to the spun versions, but then they just use SpinRewriter auto spinning it seems, so not really the best spinning possible. That said, the articles seemed decent.

And then in a second complete service for the same keyword, I noticed an original article being rewritten. Furthermore, some articles were incomplete, had poorly structure points, or just stopped short.

So now I’ve lost some confidence in using SD to get articles written. Firstly with not receive the spun versions (you probably wouldn’t want them). Their distribution network doesn’t seem to do much, but was like a nice thrown in for a small price. But now their article writing is not always reliable, at least is hasn’t been for me. Still on average 8-9/10 articles seem passable. But if you’re going to use the article elsewhere then you still need to take care of spinning them.

I’m using it now and I cant find any of the articles online at all. Found one indexed that I submitted over a month ago and that’s it. I’m not sure whats up with that?

So I ran a test! I used the same title to see what the results are. Abc articles is the only site I can find with this article on it????

Mean while it has been submitted to the full list? The article is spun good so I cant see why more sites haven’t published it? Hmmmm

I have used better desk top software then this service.
